Beyer-Brown & Associates is dedicated to creating a “turn key” project for our clients. We are able to offer our services as either a full service FF&E and OS&E Consultant or as a Procurement Agency dependent upon the project and developer’s needs. We establish strong relationships with all aspects of the project from Design, Development, Construction and Operations to ensure that all areas of the project are successful.

Our project management team:

• Establishes preliminary FF&E budgets and completes budget analysis with inventory requirements for all furnishings for display suites, residential units and all common areas
• Works with the Interior Designer/Development Manager to ensure proper space planning, fire codes and commercial requirement are met on all items
• Provides Professional Project Management from the beginning of the project through to the project’s opening
